Mull Theatre

Mull Theatre is a renowned production and touring company based at Druimfin, just outside Tobermory on the Isle of Mull. While it might have started as the much smaller “Mull Little Theatre” back in 1963, today it operates as a state-of-the-art black box studio, providing a flexible and intimate performance space with a capacity of around 100 seats. It functions as a hub for creativity, not only producing its own acclaimed theatre productions that often tour nationally and internationally but also hosting a diverse programme of shows from visiting companies, ranging from plays and musicals to dance, comedy, and more.

The theatre is part of An Tobar and Mull Theatre, a combined arts organization that includes the An Tobar arts centre located in Tobermory itself. This dual-site approach allows for a broad range of cultural offerings across the island, with Mull Theatre at Druimfin focusing on live performance and production.
