Glenaros Lodge

Glenaros Lodge is a comfortable and secluded Victorian boutique Bed & Breakfast located in Aros on the Isle of Mull. Situated in private grounds, the lodge offers outstanding panoramic views over a tidal Aros Bay towards Aros Castle and the Sound of Mull. Its central island location makes it a strategic base for guests wishing to explore the diverse landscapes and attractions of the Isle of Mull and the nearby Iona archipelago.

The lodge features three individually designed bedrooms, comprising a double, a twin/superking, and a single room. Each room includes either an en-suite or exclusive private bathroom, furnished with period pieces and adorned with original artworks. Guests have access to a comfortable sitting room, often warmed by log fires, along with a selection of books and maps. Practical amenities include a drying room, secure bike storage, ample parking, good broadband access, and a 7kw car charging facility.

Glenaros Lodge provides a proper cooked breakfast, prioritizing local produce where available. The property is set within four acres of deer-fenced gardens, offering various lookout points and benches from which to enjoy the scenery. Its proximity to Glenaros Bay provides opportunities for observing changing tidal landscapes and local wildlife. Nearby attractions such as Aros Castle, a secluded beach, and a hill fort are within strolling distance. Children over 12 are welcome, but pets are generally not permitted, with the exception of registered assistance dogs.
