The Hebridean Whale & Dolphin Trust (HWDT) is a leading marine conservation charity dedicated to the research and protection of whales, dolphins, and porpoises (cetaceans) in the waters of western Scotland. Founded in 1994 and based on the Isle of Mull, HWDT plays a crucial role in advancing the understanding of these magnificent creatures and the threats they face in the Hebrides.
