Hideaway Lodges

Hideaway Lodges offer luxury 4-star self-catering accommodation on the Isle of Mull, specifically situated in Drumlang Woods at Gruline, about 2 miles from the village of Salen. These lodges are exclusively for adults, providing a tranquil and secluded retreat nestled within mature, private woodland. They overlook the shores of Loch na Keal, offering spectacular views towards the Atlantic and Beinn More, making them an ideal base for exploring the central and western parts of Mull.

There are three luxury lodges, each named after one of the Treshnish Isles: Ulva, Staffa, and Eorsa. Each lodge is fully equipped to a high standard, designed for comfort, and accommodates up to two adults. They feature open-plan living areas with comfortable seating, Smart TVs with WiFi, and a log-effect stove for cooler evenings. The fully fitted kitchens include a slimline dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, microwave, and full-sized electric cooker. Bedrooms are designed for comfort, offering king or twin bed configurations, and bathrooms include walk-in showers.

Hideaway Lodges aim to provide an eco-friendly and immersive nature experience. Guests can enjoy watching a variety of birds at feeders outside the lodges, and resident fallow deer and mountain hares are often seen. Each lodge has a private front verandah with outdoor seating, perfect for enjoying the stunning scenery, wildlife, and sunsets. The location is excellent for walks, wildlife watching, and accessing various island attractions, providing a peaceful escape from daily life.
