The flavour profile of Iona Gin is described as classic yet remarkably fresh and zesty. Its complexity arises from a carefully selected blend of botanicals, including juniper, elderberries, angelica, fennel, sorrel, yarrow, dulse (seaweed), and liquorice, among others.
