Established in 1975 by the late Peter Walker, the tradition of crafting unique ceramics is now skillfully continued by his children, Rory and Kerrie. Their distinctive pieces, including the popular Sea Shore and Iona ranges, are deeply inspired by the breathtaking colours and rugged textures of Scotland’s West Coast landscapes, transforming natural beauty into functional art.

Visitors to Tobermory have two opportunities to engage with this local craft. The primary working studio and shop, located at Baliscate Estate just outside the town, invites guests to witness the pottery-making process firsthand, watching as clay is hand-thrown, glazed, and fired. Additionally, a dedicated Mull Pottery shop on Tobermory’s vibrant Main Street offers a convenient retail space where a wide array of their handcrafted ceramics, alongside other Scottish crafts and gifts, can be purchased.

Each piece of pottery is meticulously made with stoneware porcelain, ensuring durability for everyday use as they are oven, microwave, and dishwasher safe.
